Overview

"The LGSS-٤٠٠ ADVANCED is designed and manufactured by AKAM to automate landing gear strut servicing operations in large aircraft maintenance facilities. The unit incorporates separate clean and return oil tanks, a variable-speed electro-hydraulic pump, a nitrogen booster, and a PLC-based control system to manage oil filling, degassing, and nitrogen charging processes. The HMI interface allows the operator to select service programs, control pressure and flow, monitor warnings, and record operational data. The unit can store pressure, time, operator, and service-stage records, transfer service reports, and connect to the internal MRO network. Safety functions include an emergency stop, overpressure warning, and safety interlocks."
