Overview

The AKAM Automatic Aircraft Brake Test Stand with Turntable is designed for precise and repeatable testing of aircraft brake assemblies in specialized wheel-and-brake workshops. Its primary function is to detect leaks in the brake assembly, hydraulic pipes, and associated hoses under controlled test conditions. The integrated turntable rotates the assembly under test and, together with the mirror back wall and transparent protective cover, enables 360-degree visual inspection throughout the test process. This arrangement helps technicians observe multiple sides of the brake assembly and connected lines without repeated manual repositioning. The system is operated through a 9-inch touchscreen and is designed for precise, automated test execution. The transparent protective enclosure, emergency-stop controls, and enclosed machine structure support improved operator safety during testing.
